This multi-purpose solvent contains no oil and is used to clean and prepare the nail plate before product application. Dual Cleanse will remove nail polish, top coat, cuticle remover, filing dust, superficial oil and water from the nail without dehydrating the natural nail. It may be used between layers during gel treatments as well as after gel treatments to remove the sticky residue before applying top coat.
